Part B

Plan The Practical Issues

Project Plan

Our project is called “More Art for More Children” and it aims to do exactly that. It is targeted toward children aged 5-12. We chose this age range, as it is easy to teach them, but young children can also be a problem at times. There are 5 parts to this project, and each person will lead one of the parts. The 5 parts are The Workshop (lead by Varya), Remote Teaching (lead by Hannah), Art Awareness (lead by Amy), Why Art (lead by me) and Marketing (lead by Caian). I have explained these further in Part A. As part of our project, there will be an Art Week, in which all the videos produced throughout the project will be posted on the Artspiration YouTube channel, and this, along with other events, will be promoted on a website, made by the marketing leader. We will communicate with each other in a group chat. Our project is taking place during the summer of 2021, and possibly into the autumn as well.

There are issues, such as whether people are able to meet exact deadlines with the workload they have or not, but I think deadlines should be allowed to be pushed back slightly in order to make sure everything is perfect. Of course, since many of the projects involve video editing done by each of us and since each of our editing styles will be different, the videos may look separate. I think to resolve this, we need to make sure we communicate with each other, to stay in sync in terms of video editing.
